TPO Roofing
Thermoplastic Polyolefin Olefin, or TPO, are plastic sheets welded together with hot air creating one continuous sheet membrane. TPO is one of the fastest-growing commercial roofing systems. It lends itself well to both big box and small roof application because of its hot air weldability.
TPO has gained industry acceptance with its natural UV ray reflective surface. As reported by the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) TPO takes up about 40% of the commercial roofing market share.
For an average 20,000 sq. foot commercial roof, it will usually cost between $4.50 and $17.00 per square foot in materials and labor to install a typical TPO commercial roofing system.
